 Marissa B. jewelry is hand crafted and requires proper care. To enjoy your pieces for years, treat it well by:

+ Gently storing your jewelry flat in a jewelry box. Bending and twisting can snap the delicate strings and damage the stones.

+ Avoiding direct contact with water, chemicals, make-up, sunscreen, perfume, detergents and lotion.

+ Keeping out of excessive bright light, heat or moisture. The color of some gemstones may fade if constantly exposed to halogen lights or sunlight.

Our collections incorporate precious and non-precious metals. "Vermeil" is a term used to describe sterling silver that has been plated with gold. Our vermeil components are plated with a high karat of 22k gold. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear and we recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended.

Most of the stones used in our collection are natural gemstones and pearls. Gemstone inclusions and variations in shape, size and color is normal and is a part of their natural beauty.
